Boxing group classes

Just Box Perfect for all abilities and fitness levels, Just Box is a combination of heavy bag, footwork, and pad work all in one class. Great for learning new skills and putting yourself to the test.

12 Rounds 12 rounds of 3 minutes on / 1 minute off, this heavy bag class focuses on strength, endurance and boxing skills.

BoxHER Female Only Boxing Class, develop your skills with a combination of heavy bag, pad work, footwork, all around a central theme of each session. Suitable for beginners and more experienced participants.

Boxercise® is an exercise concept based on the training methods used by boxers. Sessions typically involve hitting focus pads but no class involves hitting an opponent. It is a fun, challenging and safe workout which is great for stress busting, accessible to all ages and fitness levels.

We are excited to announce the start of our Outdoor Yoga at St Christopher School Letchworth. The class will be in a private area of St Christopher School grounds; ensuring privacy, peace and quiet to enjoy your yoga practice in beautiful natural surroundings. This 1 hour practice will be suitable for all levels of experience.
Starting 25th May until end of September.
Booking is available through our app.
In the event of adverse weather sessions will be cancelled and your account recredited.
Please bring your own mat.
