1:1 BOXING COACHING JUNIORS

At Bodhibox, we believe in nurturing the next generation of champions through our dedicated 1:1 boxing coaching for under 16s, where young athletes can explore the fundamentals of boxing in a safe and encouraging environment. Our experienced coaches focus on building confidence, discipline, and technical skills, helping each child discover their potential while fostering a love for the sport. Yoga

Flow an invigorating flow that synchronizes breath with movement. Some previous yoga experience helpful, but not essential.

Unwind serene and contemplative practice that promotes deep relaxation and flexibility. No previous yoga experience required.

Ease sessions that emphasize ease and mindfulness for all levels. No previous yoga experience required.

Form classes provide a balanced introduction to postures and breathing techniques, creating a foundation for your practice. No previous yoga experience required.

Reset Take some time to reset your mind and calm the body at the end of your weekend. A slow moving yoga class that seeks to support you as you transition out of the weekend and into the working week. No previous yoga experience required.

Power A dynamic 60-minute Power Yoga session designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus. Led by expert in both yoga and athletic conditioning, this class blends mindful movement with powerful sequences to energize the body and calm the mind. Suitable for all levels looking to challenge themselves and enhance overall fitness

Boxing group classes

Just Box Perfect for all abilities and fitness levels, Just Box is a combination of heavy bag, footwork, and pad work all in one class. Great for learning new skills and putting yourself to the test.

Box-HIITcombines explosive bag work with bodyweight moves, and high intensity rounds to push your cardio, strength and stamina to the next level. You don’t need to be a seasoned boxer, just willing to push yourself to the bell.

BoxHER Female Only Boxing Class, develop your skills with a combination of heavy bag, pad work, footwork, all around a central theme of each session. Suitable for beginners and more experienced participants.

Over 40s Boxing A boxing class for those over 40 years old. Perfect for beginners or those who are wanting to learn to box or just get fit by boxing.
No pressure – work to your own limits in a safe non-judgemental group.

☀️ Restorative Yoga Workshop: “Summer: Softening into Warmth and Heart Expansion” £25

Saturday 11th July 2026 2pm-4pm

2 hour restorative yoga workshop designed to support softening into warmth, heart expansion and cooling the fire. Focusing on heart and small intestine energy lines, to cool excess heat and gentle heart openers. The workshop will encourage slow, mindful movement with deep mindful breaths. The restorative sequence will provide opportunity to the calm nervous system, and cool the body. Optional tea ritual at the end.
All equipment available, however you may wish to bring your own blankets and pillow for extra comfort. Suitable for all experience levels.

Rest, Release & Receive – A Gong Bath + Reiki Drum Journey £22

First Sunday of the Month Starting 3rd May

A deeply nourishing 75-minute healing experience with Reiki drumming from Caroline Oram and a soothing gong bath with Michelle Hudson. A beautiful opportunity to slow down, soften, and receive — allowing rhythm, vibration, and stillness to guide you into deep rest. We’ll close with homemade nourishing bites, and herbal tea, leaving you feeling grounded, nurtured, and restored. Not suitable for those with epilepsy, heart conditions, or in the early stages of pregnancy.

☀️ Outdoor Yoga Starting PAYG £12

Starting Sunday 7th June 10am

A gentle yoga practice, in the wonderful outdoors. Take your practice outside and immerse yourself in nature. Suitable for all levels of experience PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT and a bottle of water. You may also, like to bring a blanket or jumper to place over you at the end of the practice.
NOTE: This class may be cancelled in the event of adverse weather. In the event of a class being cancelled you will be refunded your class credit to use at another time. THERE ARE NO TOILET FACILITES AVAILABLE ON SITE
